Fundraising Committee
The
Causeway Foundation Fundraising Committee was developed to create
a calendar of events to raise funds in support of Causeway Work
Centre programs, services and Social Enterprises, to raise the
profile of Causeway and to reduce the stigma of mental health
issues through the committee’s activities.
The Causeway Foundation engages in event-based fundraising
as a means to generate revenue and to raise awareness of Causeway
in the community. All fundraising events are managed and executed
primarily by volunteers, and 100% of all funds raised go directly
to support the programs and services offered by the Causeway
Work Centre.
The Fundraising Committee meets monthly and is composed of
9 individuals with varying backgrounds. Members include: Patti
Anderson- Chair; Dianne Breton, Judy Maclean, Joan Blanchard,
Nancy Fulton, Nicholas Galambos, Janice Hilchie, Louise Robinson
and Meaghan Byrnes.
