Causeway's Holiday Card Campaign 2010
2010 marks the 10th consecutive year that Causeway Foundation is selling unique Holiday Cards to raise funds in support of Causeway Work Centre programs. This year we are offing six remarkable designs -– two from original paintings of skaters on the Rideau Canal and downtown Ottawa by noted Ottawa artist Bhat Boy; two stunning images of the Canal and Parliament Hill by Ottawa photographer Geof H. Burbidge; and two exciting photo-based graphics of Parliament Hill and the Chateau Laurier by designer John Van Erve. The eight-card 'Ottawa in Winter' packages sell for $10 per pack; the descriptive text on the back of the cards is bilingual and personal message printing is available, at no charge, for those purchasing 10 packages or more.
All funds raised by the Holiday Card Campaign will be used to support Causeway Work Centre. Causeway assists individuals affected by disabilities, addictions and mental health issues by offering: pre-employment and skills development; computer training; a comprehensive youth pre-employment program; various supported employment programs; a wellness program; and three social enterprises that employ Causeway clients - Krackers Katering, Good Nature Groundskeeping and Cycle Salvation.

This year, one hundred percent of Campaign proceeds will be
directed to Causeway Work Centre’s newest social business; Cycle
Salvation – where bikes are reborn. This innovative business
provides bike mechanic training to individuals with mental

bikes destined for scrap and landfill sites. Causeway Work
